Gretchen founded Paddywax, an internationally successful candle company, in her kitchen in 1996. As the company’s Founder and Creative Director, Gretchen designed products for some of the biggest names in retail including Victoria’s Secret, Whole Foods, Urban Outfitters, West Elm, Crate and Barrel, and Target. She has a true passion with working from big names to soulful small boutiques, and everywhere in between. After 20 years of candles it was time for a new creative adventure. Ink + Alloy was born.
